The modern and welcoming gym is home to industry leading equipment from Technogym and Escape and benefits from innovations such as the OMNIA™ functional training rig and Kinesis^® station, both providing fun and engaging workout opportunities for groups or individuals. The dedicated strength area includes Technogym plate-loaded strength equipment with dumbbells up to 50kg, Olympic racks and cable jungles.

Swimming is also available with each Activ8 membership with access to the pool at Billingham Forum as well as IB Leisure, Stockton Splash and Thornaby Pool. Billingham Forum is easily accessible by disabled users and is equipped with accessible shower and changing facilities. A lift provides access to the upper floor studios and our friendly health team can create a custom exercise plan to incorporate equipment that can be quickly reconfigured to suit individual needs.
