You’re not ready to quit, but you need to freeze your membership due to pregnancy*, serious, temporary illness, injury or medical condition. You will be required to provide supporting evidence and documentation before any freeze is implemented.
If for some other reason you wish to freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months then you can. A £5 per month charge will apply. This must be done in person at one of our clubs.

We don’t like to see members choose to become less fit and healthy, so if there’s anything we can do to keep you as a valued Activ8 member then please speak to your local Club Manager.
