How do I book? All members and non-members will be required to register for our new and improved booking platform in order to book their sessions (please see FAQ’s here for more information). Registration is now available here.
Activ8’s bursting fitness class programme adds incredible value to all of our membership options and with access to over 150 fitness classes each week, we are proud to offer the largest selection of fitness classes in the area. Activ8 are dedicated to bringing you the latest trends from across the globe from all the biggest brands such as Les Mills, Clubbercise and POUND, and our expert instructors are trained to the highest standard in their disciplines to motivate and help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned pro, our friendly fitness class community share the same passion and love nothing more than to dance, laugh, jump and shake their way to fitness. You can be sure to receive a warm welcome to help you fit right in and Activ8’s extensive range of classes includes everything from Spinning, Metafit, Aquafit and Zumba to Bums and Tums, Tai Chi, Piloxing or Pilates. Classes vary in intensity and are suitable for all ages and abilities and we offer fun and sociable Active+ and 55+ classes tailored to the older generation. With so much choice, it won’t be long before you see the positive impact on your life and begin to enjoy your improved health and fitness.
We have introduced 180 virtual Les Mills classes to our extensive exercise programme! This means that we are able to offer a variety of times and durations for you to attend as we have increased the variety and diversity of classes across Activ8. Don’t worry though, our intention is not to replace our instructor-led classes for virtual classes – we’ve added virtual to give you more choice! Les Mills virtual workouts combine their world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet. It’s a truly inspiring experience that will drive amazing results.
Only pay monthly and annual members can access our Les Mills virtual classes. As with live Les Mills classes there are age restrictions for virtual classes and due to the intensity and complex nature of the programs, we have not opened classes up to junior members. All of the Les Mills virtual classes are open to members who are 16+ except: BodyPump, GRIT Strength & GRIT Athletic which are 18+. We do advise all members to take part in a live, instructor led Les Mills class before taking part in a virtual class.
