Les Mills BORN TO MOVE™ fitness classes help children experience the joy of moving to music! Available for children aged 4 – 10 years old, each session feeds children’s appetite for play, movement and action – as well as reap the benefits that come from leading an active lifestyle! Including confidence and good health!

Family Gym Sessions

Billingham Forum, IB Leisure, Stockton Splash, Thornaby Pavilion

Under 16 Activ8 members can attend the gym any time when accompanied by a responsible adult! Grab your children aged 11-15 and workout together at a time that’s convenient for you both!

We also have specific junior gym sessions that junior members can attend without an adult!
