We understand that you may wish to freeze or cancel your membership for various reasons. If there is anything else we can do to help you maintain your fitness, achieve your goals or even help you get started up again we will be more than happy to help. There are various reasons why you may wish to freeze your membership. These include pregnancy*, serious or temporary illness, injury or a medical condition. If so please get in touch now. You will be required to provide supporting evidence and documentation before any freeze is implemented and to waive fees.
If for some other reason you wish to freeze your membership for other reasons, you can do this for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. A £5 per month charge will apply in these circumstances. Please complete the form on the link below and our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
*maximum freeze of 6 months pre and post birth upon appropriate evidence.

We don’t like to see members choose to leave as we are all family here, so if there’s anything we can do to keep you as a valued Activ8 member then please speak to your local Club Manager.
However, if you have exceeded the minimum membership length you can cancel your membership with 30 days notice by completing the form below.
Please note that it can take up to 5 days to process cancellations and freezes to memberships.
