Freeze My Membership

There are various reasons why you may wish to freeze your membership. These include pregnancy*, serious or temporary illness, injury or a medical condition. If so please get in touch now. You will be required to provide supporting evidence and documentation before any freeze is implemented and to waive fees.

If for some other reason you wish to freeze your membership for other reasons, you can do this for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. A £5 per month charge will apply in these circumstances. Please complete the form on the link below and our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

*maximum freeze of 1 year can be applied (6 months pre-birth and 6 months post-birth) upon appropriate evidence. Please read your membership T&Cs before submitting this form – please note your membership expiry will be extended by time that your membership is frozen, which may impact your cancellation terms.
