All peak time gym sessions (Monday – Friday 08:45 – 11:15 & 16:00 – 20:00) have to be booked online here but you can attend off-peak gym sessions without booking. This applies to member and non-member gym sessions.
How do I book? All members and non-members are required to register for Tees Active’s booking platform in order to book their swim, peak time gym and fitness class sessions (please see FAQ’s here for more information).
Registration is available here. If you are an Activ8 member but have yet to register, please do so as an existing member using your mywellness band or card number.
Once you have booked a session online, if you can no longer attend this session you must cancel your place using the ‘My Bookings’ section of your online account. If you are unable to attend a session and do not cancel your place on more than one occasion, this may result in you not being able to book places in the future.

We are temporarily operating a revised fitness class schedule. We have maximised unused space within the centres to minimise disruption to our fitness programme, which has allowed us to add more live instructor-led and virtual classes to offset the smaller class sizes we have temporarily introduced in line with social distancing guidelines.
