For the time being all gym sessions must be booked online on this webpage, in advance of your visit. We have introduced a new and improved booking system with a rolling 15 minute gym entry system to offer a lot more flexibility for members to train at a convenient time. All gym sessions will temporarily last for 1 hour when we first reopen.

How do I book? All members and non-members will be required to register for our new and improved booking platform in order to book their sessions (please see FAQ’s here for more information). Registration is now available here.

Fitness Classes

We are temporarily operating a revised fitness class schedule. We have maximised unused space within the centres to minimise disruption to our fitness programme, which has allowed us to add more live instructor-led and virtual classes to offset the smaller class sizes we have temporarily introduced in line with social distancing guidelines.
