Les Mills Virtual Fitness Classes:
We have introduced 180+ virtual Les Mills classes to our extensive exercise programme! This means that we are able to offer a variety of times and durations for you to attend as we have increased the variety and diversity of classes across Activ8. Don’t worry though, our intention is not to replace our instructor-led classes for virtual classes – we’ve added virtual to give you more choice! Les Mills virtual workouts combine their world-leading fitness programs with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet. Bounce Fitness Classes:
Performed on mini trampolines, BOUNCE makes exercise fun with choreographed dance routines and offers a full body workout. The program is suitable for all adults and all abilities, as the trampette absorbs 87% of the impact and exercises can be moderated by the instructor. The BOUNCE programme is perfect for those new to exercise and the regular class attendee as the class is delivered in blocks of choreography and the instructor can increase or decrease the intensity. In 2018 all three gyms saw a huge overhaul in cardio and strength equipment as well as more functional training spaces being added but at the beginning of 2020 even more cardio equipment has been added across the venues giving our members even more value and choice.
