Our personal trainers are all level 3 qualified and their skills and knowledge will tailor a plan specifically for you. Whether you are focused on weight loss, building muscle, increasing strength, working towards a specific event such as a marathon or triathlon – or even a wedding day! We can help you get there.

Like you, our trainers all have their own individual style and area of interest so it is important that you work with someone who is flexible in their approach and adaptable to your specific needs. Many of our trainers undergo additional specialist training to expand their skillset and use their additional knowledge to help you achieve your goals. Education plays a huge part in personal training to ensure that you can maintain your achievements long into the future.

You will look at correct form and posture to achieve optimum results as well as diet and nutrition advice – it all starts in the kitchen! You will also learn how your body reacts to specific training methods and how to aid recovery – rest days are just as important as training days. Muscle Strength & Size

You can learn a great deal from only a handful of sessions with a knowledgeable personal trainer, and starting with a session or two a week, coupled with your own sessions, is the ideal starting place to begin seeing results. Knowing when to train, how to train and at what intensity, is the first step to understanding what it takes to achieve your goals.

Weight Loss, Slim & Tone

There are a number of options if weight loss is your focus. One option you may want to consider is enrolling onto our weight loss programme, before going on to recruit a personal trainer to make sure your weight loss is sustained.

Health & Wellbeing

Starting out with a personal trainer who can suggest a suitable training plan that incorporates a number of activities that would be beneficial. This could include, depending on your individual needs, high or low intensity fitness classes or swimming and aqua based sessions.

Energy & Performance

Choosing a personal training package that includes a higher frequency of sessions to begin with so you can learn and adapt to your new plan with plenty of guidance and support. We also recommend increasing the frequency in the build up nearer the event you are training for to make sure you are as ready as you can be.
