Activ8 Studio Cycling

Energising and exhilarating – turn up the gears and sweat it out at a studio group cycle class near you.

Not only will you get an all-over body workout, but you’ll also kick your cardio system into gear. Ramp up the resistance and get moving in a fun and motivating fitness class.

Perfect for all fitness abilities and ages. Plus forget about coordination and rhythm or trying to balance on one leg, all you need to do is pedal a stationary bike.  If you’re a cycling beginner, the indoor bike is a great way to get started as it’s a low impact workout that doesn’t damage the joints. And for biking enthusiasts, indoor cycling is a great way to keep up your passion and fitness levels at your convenience.

Activ8 offers both Les Mills RPM and Group Cycle Connect programmes across our fitness clubs taught by our fantastic instructors, as well a Virtual Les Mills RPM, Virtual Les Mills Sprint and Virtual Les Mills The Trip! We were even the first fitness provider in the UK to deliver the revolutionary Group Cycle Connect fitness classes. Group Cycling Fitness Class Timetable

Use the cycling studio and fitness studio filters to find all of our great group cycling fitness classes. Please note that the majority of classes will be found within the cycling studio filter.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK IN FOR ALL YOUR BOOKED SESSIONS AT RECEPTION OR AT A CHECK IN POINT.

Members who fail to attend, fail to cancel at least 120 minutes before their session (from 15th April) or don’t check in for their sessions will have their account frozen with a 50p charge applied. The account will be frozen until this charge is paid.

Members can book fitness classes up to 8 days in advance. Non-members can book 7 days in advance.
