Technogym Wellness Experience Day

Delivered by an expert Technogym trainer the day will feature a range of educational workshops and wellness workouts, designed to help our members build knowledge, gain practical fitness tips, and progress towards their wellbeing goals all while enjoying an engaging and immersive experience.

Breathing Class

10:30 – 11:00

Breathing, stretching and mindfulness class led by Technogym Trainer. Members will explore various breathing techniques and mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote overall well-being.

Exercise is Medicine: Managing Pain Educational Workshop

11:00 – 12:00

Delve into the powerful role that exercise can play in alleviating and managing various types of pain, the science behind pain, how to choose the right exercise and implement into pain management strategies

Hybrid (Cardio & Strength) Class

12:00 – 13:00

Led by a certified Technogym Trainer, hosted in our Technogym Functional Training Zone. This session is designed to seamlessly blend cardiovascular conditioning with functional strength training, delivering a full-body workout that caters to all fitness levels. This session will be similar to our Universe fitness classes

Strength class consisting of Olympic lifting, dumbbell and kettlebell workouts led by the Technogym Trainer. A comprehensive workout that targets every muscle group. This class offers a challenging yet accessible workout for all fitness levels creating a stronger, fitter, and more resilient users
