In a further bid to keep our members and the wider community active, motivated and healthy, Tees Active and Activ8 Health & Fitness have launched Workout at Home With Tees Active.
Both Tees Active and Activ8 Health & Fitness have worked closely with partners Community Leisure UK to bring you this new platform which compliments the online home workout hub that is already in place.
Workout at Home With Tees Active allows users to create their own workouts. There’s a library full of cardio, strength and core exercises to choose from. The user can then select whichever exercises suit them and add them to their workout. Each exercise comes with a ‘how to’ description to ensure users can perform the exercises correctly. Once the user has got their workout fully created it’s time to get to work! Simply hit start and the countdown clock begins.
