Here at Activ8 we provide over 400 instructor led, virtual and live stream fitness classes each week!

Activ8 are dedicated to bringing you the latest fitness trends from across the globe from all the biggest brands such as Les Mills, Clubbercise, POUND, Metafit, Group Cycle Connect, Aquafit and many more. Our expert instructors are welcoming, fun and trained to the highest standard in their disciplines to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals. All of our fitness classes can be tailored to meet your fitness needs, with coaches offering a variety of lower and higher impact options for exercises throughout the classes.

Our friendly fitness class community share the same passion and love nothing more than to dance, laugh, jump and shake their way to fitness. You can be sure to receive a warm welcome to help you fit right in whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned pro.

Fitness Class Timetable

PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK IN FOR ALL YOUR BOOKED SESSIONS AT RECEPTION OR AT A CHECK IN POINT.

Members who fail to attend, cancel or don’t check in for their sessions will have their account frozen with a small charge applied. The account will be frozen until this charge is paid.

All fitness classes must be booked in advance prior to your arrival.

Activ8 members can book 8 days in advance and non-members 7 days.
