Located within Stockton Splash leisure centre it has everything you will need to reach your fitness goals with an extensive range of integrated entertainment cardio equipment, dedicated strength and functional training areas as well as flexibility and stretching areas. The modern and welcoming split-level gym which has recently been renovated is home to industry leading equipment from Technogym. The dedicated strength area includes Technogym plate-loaded strength equipment with dumbbells up to 50kg, Olympic racks and cable jungles. Activ8 at Stockton Splash is also home to a bright, modern swimming pool and a number of fitness studios which support a huge range of bustling fitness classes.

Stockton Splash is easily accessible by disabled users and is equipped with accessible shower and changing facilities. A lift provides access to the upper floor studios and our friendly health team can create a custom exercise plan to incorporate equipment that can be quickly reconfigured to suit individual needs.
