This FREE app is full of workouts that you can do from home! You can also track your workouts and moves with the Technogym Mywellness App and see where you rank amongst other Activ8 members.
If you haven’t yet downloaded the free Technogym mywellness app it’s really easy to do. To download the app search Mywellness in the App Store. Once you’ve downloaded the app all you need to do is ‘register’ at either Stockton Splash, Thornaby Pavilion, Billingham Forum or IB Leisure.

We’ve created a Beginners Running Training Schedule that will help you go from nothing to running for 30 minutes straight! As well as a 5K Run Training Schedule to help those who want to run a 5K for the first time or just improve your 5K time!
If walking is more your pace, we’ve put together a wide range of walking routes throughout Stockton-on-Tees and Teesside to help keep you and your family active.
Some of the Stockton-on-Tees routes come with maps and can be done straight from your front door!
