Activ8 Live & On Demand

The live streaming programme includes 30+ weekly classes delivered by our resident instructors and includes all your favourite brands like Les Mills, Pound, Clubbercise and more giving you the full studio experience! There is also an ON DEMAND service which offers an extensive library of pre recorded classes from Activ8 instructors and we will be adding classes regularly. Plus you will get access to 100+ workout videos from Technogym’s global fitness trainers so you’ll always have plenty to choose from!

This service will be Free for Activ8 monthly and annual members until further notice.

Running Plans

There are many mental and physical health benefits of running and with all of this time on our hands, what better time to take up running! We’ve created a Beginners Running Training Schedule that will help you go from nothing to running for 30 minutes straight! As well as a 5K Run Training Schedule to help those who want to run a 5K for the first time or just improve your 5K time!
